  • MLI welcomes homeowners planning furnishings and décor, renovations, or new construction in Southwest Colorado and beyond. If you’re unsure which service you need, let us know what you’d like to accomplish.

  • Absolutely! We work with homeowners who are relocating, purchasing a second home, or managing a project from a distance. We’ll discuss how design presentations, approvals, communication, and any on-site coordination would work for your project.

  • No, but an approximate investment range is helpful. We’ll discuss what you’re considering and how the scope aligns with your expectations. You do not need every cost figured out before reaching out.

  • Not at all. The Connection Call is an opportunity for us to learn about each other and explore whether the project is a good fit. Any proposed services, fees, and next steps would be discussed before you decide to proceed.
