Sourcing of all materials to include but not limited to finish and fixture selections throughout renovated spaces or the entire new home; tile selections and design, lighting, plumbing, and other finishes and fixtures.
Cabinet designs, interior elevations, paint selections, millwork designs and much more are provided with this service.
Digital versions of all above design details will be provided along with the links to the elements for ease of ordering by the contractor or homeowner.
Communications with contractors and subcontractors with questions about the design and project management to ensure proper execution of design vision.
Detailed Project Binder provided to the construction crews to be kept on the job site for the purpose of ensuring all design details are executed as per the initial design vision.
