  • If you are in the process of designing a custom home or planning a complete home renovation the best time to include an interior designer is as early as possible.

    Our role is to plan your home from the inside out, taking into consideration your lifestyle, traffic, and furniture flow among other factors.

    When working with architects and builders, we bring out the best in each other, working together to create a home design that fits you and your lifestyle perfectly.

  • From the initial consultation to the “Big Reveal” an average Furnishings and Decor project can take 6-12 months or longer to complete depending on the scope.

    The design process for new construction or renovations can take several months, again depending on the scope and the other parties involved.

    The overall design process is also dependent on the speed at which our clients make critical decisions.

  • Because each project is unique, timelines can fluctuate throughout.

    When we identify your project scope in the beginning stages of your project, we will do our best to clearly communicate the estimated length of the project.

    However, keep in mind that there will always be factors beyond our control that can affect the progress of the project.

    With that said, we will always keep you abreast of the status of your project, and if there is an effective way to expedite the progress efficiently and yet still maintain the highest quality of service, we’re on it!

  • Interior Design services have a very long and rewarding ROI so we take great care in how we serve our clients and full transparency is important to us.

    We charge a percentage based on the scope and costs of the project. The fee will be outlined in your letter of agreement at the start of the project for full transparency.

    For furnishing procurement, we will also provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines your selection costs aligned with your desired investment. This is presented for approval at the final design presentation along with a payment schedule to coincide with specific project benchmarks.

  • Our best work happens when our clients place complete trust in our expertise.

    While your opinion and preferences are a crucial part of this process and we will implement any existing pieces that are important to you, we source and purchase all other furnishings and decor for your project.

    We have thousands of brands and vendors that are exclusive to us as professional designers and we often provide our clients with bespoke elements. Often elements in our designs are not even available through retail suppliers.

  • Great! We work with all construction professionals to bring your vision for your home to life. If you don’t yet have those professionals lined up, we can provide you with a list of ones we trust.

  • As a long-time interior designer who LOVES to be surrounded by beauty, I have come to adore many, many design styles.

    All of them have unique features and lovely elements but I would say that I depend on a few simple adjectives to describe my favorite design style:

    Bold, Classic, Timeless. (throw a little rustic and glam in there and we’re in business!)

  • As a company that prides itself on providing refined and luxury design services, we do charge a non-refundable fee for our initial in-home consultation. This fee is necessary because we want to ensure that we are able to provide you with the highest level of service possible. By blocking out a specific time on our calendar and traveling to your home, we can assess the space, make recommendations, give solid design advice and direction, and put together a Fee Proposal that is tailored to your specific needs and budget.

    Our team of professional designers has years of experience in the industry and can provide you with valuable insights and ideas that you may not have considered otherwise. Plus, by investing in our services, you will be setting yourself up for a successful and stress-free design process.

  • Our in-home consultation is the next step in our process after we have determined that we are a good fit for each other over the phone. This consultation is a collaborative working session designed to provide you with valuable expert guidance, ideas, and information to help you get started on your project.

    Our In-Home consultation involves touring your home, discussing project scope, style, lifestyle needs, vision, and budget. We estimate your overall investment if needed, discuss timeframes, how we manage expectations, and review our design process.

    At our company, we believe that every detail matters. We will go over how we work, how we bill for our services, and how we manage every detail of your project. Our goal is to provide you with a refined, luxury experience that is joyful and confident from start to finish. Let us help you bring your vision to life and create a home that you will love for years to come.

  • As a leading interior design firm in Southwest Colorado, we maintain a well-stocked resource library with hundreds of catalogs and thousands of fabric, wallcovering, and window treatment samples to inspire our clients. Our design studio in in the Smiley Building in Durango Colorado allows us to offer in-person meetings, allowing clients to touch, see, and experience the textures and patterns incorporated into their projects.

    We also frequently visit the Denver Design District and attend several market events in Dallas, TX, Las Vegas NV, and High Point, NC to source items and stay on the cutting edge of design trends.

  • Our services include guiding clients to set a suitable investment for their design and decorating needs. We educate clients on the value of design and how to make the most of their investment.

    It's important to note that for a full-service design project, the minimum budget required is roughly $35,000 per room, not including design fees.

  • The day when your home is transformed and everything comes together seamlessly we call the "Big Reveal" – the culmination of all our hard work. But before that day arrives, there's a lot of preparation that goes on behind the scenes.

    We coordinate everything to ensure a smooth installation day. By the time that day arrives, all the cabinets, tile work, wallpaper, millwork, painting, draperies and light fixtures have already been installed. The furnishings are delivered to our warehouse and then carefully placed in your home by our team, styled to perfection for the big reveal.

    We will contact you a few weeks before your scheduled installation day to set a date that works for you. Additionally, we will provide you with a comprehensive installation day letter outlining what you can expect and how to prepare. If you need help moving furniture out of the space, we can coordinate that for you. We can also arrange for an organizer and cleaner, should you need those services.

    To ensure an efficient staging process before the final styling, we kindly request that our clients are not present and that all pets are secured during the installation. We work diligently to complete the process as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your newly designed home without delay.

    Our goal is to create a big reveal moment that will leave you speechless. We style all vignettes to perfection, down to the last detail. We strive to make your "Big Reveal" one to remember.
