Purchasing of all approved elements through various interior design and furnishing suppliers and reselection of any discontinued items.
Complete tracking of shipping & handling, professional receiving & inspection of all goods, troubleshooting on damage & repairs.
Coordination of delivery and installation, styling & installation supervision, coordination of schedule with contractors.
Weekly client updates and tracking project progress, ensuring all project stays on track to meet established deadlines.
