Lantern Village Lane

This 4,000 square foot home was designed to strike the perfect balance between modern style and cozy comfort for a father and his two children, a 10-year-old son and a teenage daughter. The client wanted a space that felt inviting for family movie nights, yet sophisticated enough to entertain friends.

Our design direction focused on layering bold textures, clean lines, and vibrant accents to create rooms that feel both livable and elevated.

We redesigned the main living spaces, including the living room, dining, and kitchen, as well as the master suite, kids’ bedrooms, family rooms on both levels, and the entry. The living room features plush seating, artistic accents, and eye-catching drapery, setting the tone for the rest of the home.

Each bedroom was personalized to reflect its occupant while maintaining the cohesive, modern aesthetic that carries throughout the house. The result is a home that feels stylish, functional, and welcoming, a perfect backdrop for both everyday family life and weekend gatherings.
